Located near the intersection of Route I-84 and Route 8 in Waterbury, Connecticut, ICDI is easily arrived at from Route 8, Exit 36 (North of I-84). At the bottom of the exit, turn left on Huntingdon Avenue and then right onto Colonial Avenue. Proceed less than 3/4 of a mile and turn left on Brookside Road. ICDI is located in the first building on the right hand side.
